On-Time Rental Guarantee
Making sure owners receive their rental proceeds as soon as possible is part of our job and the reason we offer our “On-Time Rent Guarantee”. Trustmark will get your payments to you by the 10th business day of the month when the tenant has paid their rent on the first of the month. If we can’t, we didn’t do our job and we will refund that month’s management fee back to you.
If a tenant we approved and placed must be evicted from a rental property that we manage for non-payment of rent, Trustmark will cover the cost of court filing fees for the eviction, up to $500.Learn more about our guarantees
If for any reason, you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you may cancel your management agreement without penalty by giving a 30-day notice. The notice period allows for a smooth transition for the tenants and wrapping up any outstanding maintenance items & invoices, as well as assignment of the lease and security department funds properly over to you with an informed tenant.Learn more about our guarantees
